These unbaked frozen puff-pastry products, croissants and Danish pastries are produced in one of the Netherlands’ most modern factories. Modern, yes, but still with great care, honest ingredients and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
The masters at Mola work 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, to provide hundreds of retailers with in-store bakeries with the most heavenly puff-pastry products, croissants and Danish pastries.
